Standard REO Closings
All standard REO closings are billed at a flat rate fee, which include:
-Ordering title Insurance for the Seller
-All title clearance
-Pro-rating municipal water* and sewer bills*
-Obtaining city of Chicago zoning Certificate*
-Obtaining all necessary estimate of Redemptions* and tax Bills* required for closing
*No additional fee will be billed, however, the actual cost is not included.
