All standard REO closings are billed at a flat rate fee, which include:

• Ordering title Insurance for the Seller
• All title clearance
• Pro-rating municipal water* and sewer bills*
• Obtaining city of Chicago zoning Certificate*
• Obtaining all necessary estimate of Redemptions* and tax Bills* required for closing

*No additional fee will be billed, however, the actual cost is not included.
